ABOUT UNC: (AU) This note is an attractive note with only one visible fold or crease. EXTREMELY FINE: (XF) This is a note that looks very clean and bright. It has 2 or 3 folds or some creases but very crisp. VERY FINE: (VF) A note that is circulated and would indicate more folds than an XF note. It is still somewhat crisp. FINE: (F) This is a note that is losing its crispy texture. It shows many folds and looks soiled. VERY GOOD: (VG) This note could have some edge tears. It looks limp with heavy soiling. GOOD: (G) This is a very limp, dirty and unattractive note. It can have one or more tears. In some cases, there are pieces missing from this note.
